Your report/s will be emailed out within the day in which you submit payment. It is your responsibility to submit the required birth data when you make your payment. Reports cannot be written without the proper birth data. Personally written reports will take longer, depending on the question and work involved.

Will the report I buy be full of astro-lingo? What if I cannot understand the astrological terms in it?

Your report will contain the astrological terms as well as an explanation of it right under it. All reports are very easy to understand and gain insights from.


Refunds

Can I get a refund if I don't like the report?

Once a report has been received and read, a refund is not allowed.
